Individual counseling  (sometimes called psychotherapy, talk therapy, or treatment) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

One on One Therapy

Life coaching is more client specific and solution based. The therapist will help the client to identify a specific life or career goal, define the steps needed to achieve this goal and create a plan of action. We will also explore the client strengths and areas needing improvement to contribute to the success of established goals.

Life Coaching

Clinical Evaluations are basic diagnostics to determine if one meets the clinical criteria for a specific mental health diagnosis such as (Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar I /II Disorders, etc).
