My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, drawing on your own strengths and lived experience to guide the work we do. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, past hurt, relationship struggles, or a major life transition, therapy here is about helping you feel more whole, more understood, and more at home within yourself.
